The GLIDE Mission

The GLIDE lab uses cutting-edge tools to build empirical models of equity, and inclusion based on real-world data. As opposed to more ideologically driven approaches, the GLIDE lab aims to cultivate objective approaches to human cooperation and leadership in an era of ever-increasing diversification and polarization.

The lab focuses on four research domains:

1. Inclusion: Which perceptions and actions most increase our sense of belonging and synergy in our workplaces and communities?

2. Diversity: How does diversity impact group dynamics, organizational performance, and societal cohesion, and what are best practices for managing it?

3. Equity: What policies and practices increase perceptions of fair treatment, opportunity, and outcomes for all individuals?

4. Leadership: What actions can leaders take to effectively manage diverse teams, create inclusive cultures, and drive equitable practices within organizations and communities?
